The Challenge
HomeServe needed to modernize their manual vendor coordination process which caused service delays and customer dissatisfaction. Their existing system couldn't handle real-time bidding or provide transparent pricing comparisons for users.
Our Solution
We developed a dynamic bidding platform using Socket.io for real-time communication between users and vendors. Implemented a dual interface with EJS for vendor dashboards and React for customer-facing applications. Integrated Redux for state management across complex bidding workflows.
